Known as the city’s “favorite festival,” this event highlights the culinary excellence of over 60 Louisiana restaurants and attracts visitors from around the world to the iconic French Quarter.
Use the Canal Street Car to get from Julia Street near our condo then the St. Charles streetcar the oldest continuously operating streetcar line in the world, to get to Jackson Square

We have tickets and reservations for the National WWII Museum in New Orleans for Tuesday, April 15th, starting at noon.
The general admission is good all day (9am-5pm) but we have reservations for the noon showing of “Beyond All Boundaries” introduction film.40’s Show – 5:30 PM NOT Available
Rooftop Bar is a possibility in the evening
Confederate Museum is also possible. (11 to 12?) (4- 5?)
April 16 Wednesday
Mid City Tour
Suggestion for Group – Nancy and Jay are a go
Hop on to the Canal streetcar for a scenic ride into Mid-City. The last stop is New Orleans Museum of Art where we can get our culture on.
We can also walk along handsomely sculptured lawns and flower gardens, under centuries- old oaks, at the New Orleans City Park. If we work up an appetite we can treat ourselves to a lavish meal at Ralph’s on the Park. Famous for Creole food and its fabulous location.
Also available is the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park, which houses one of the few remaining antique wooden carousels in the country.
